I'll admit I was a little skeptical when I signed up for my first MBTC, but Danielle and Kacie have built such an amazing community of support and inspiration that helped me bust through a years-long fitness and body-composition plateau. Instead of a big, complicated program with a lot of rules, MBTC preaches the value of slowing down, simplifying, and making time for self-love. I'm so excited to keep the journey alive with the Fall program!
I thoroughly enjoyed my MBTC experience! The true feeling of being a part of a group of people that fully supported each other and had fun while working hard at making life changes was wonderful!
Danielle and Kacie, I can't thank you enough for being my coaches and creating your amazing well-being program. MBTC exceeded my expectations to say the least. My goals were to eat from the Earth, sustain a meditation practice, and lose my holiday five pounds. I already exercised regularly, ate healthy (I thought) but my stress level was getting out of control and I was stuck in my routines. With your encouragement, role modeling, superb content and gentle instruction as well as the support of our passionate community, I gained energy and emotional balance and lowered my body fat by 12 percentage points, losing several inches and about 10 pounds, which I honestly didn't think was possible or even my focus. It just happened naturally in the process of learning, testing and practicing strategies to lower stress, gain mindfulness and gratitude, exercise differently, and eat clean. I continue months later to practice what I learned and maintain my successes. I get compliments not only on my fabulous new bod but on my zen attitude and emotional balance. I tell anyone and everyone about MBTC. And I thank you for the new friends I made who continue to support each other. Again, thank you for a life-changing and life-affirming experience. I am forever grateful.
The title of the Mind Body Transformation Challenge speaks for itself! The journey to a healthy mind and body can be overwhelming at times but Danielle and Kacie made it fun! They taught me how to incorporate small changes - like meditating for 5 minutes a day- that had a HUGE impact on my overall well being. They are extremely knowledgeable and created an amazing community and support group. They and the Challenge had such an impact on my life and I'm truly grateful!
